This is a photo of my paternal Grandfather, James Levin Neighbors on the right and his younger brother Ludy Leake Neighbours on the left.
The two children are Ludy's. James Ned Neighbours, born 1919, is standing on the snowman. Avis Lee Neighbours, born 1915, is standing on the ground in front of her Uncle James L
Based on the birth dates and apparent age of the children, I believe the photo was taken in 1920 or 1921.
